Mr Sunil Prabhakar Pathak, known with deep respect as Pathak Guruji, has spent over four decades studying, practising, and guiding others through the ancient sciences of Jyotish (Vedic astrology) and Vastu Shastra. With a rare blend of technical education and spiritual discipline, he provides practical, compassionate, and deeply rooted consultations that help individuals navigate life’s most pivotal moments—career choices, marriage, health, property, and beyond.
His journey began in 1976, at the age of 16, when he discovered astrology books in his family’s collection. What started as a personal curiosity quickly grew into a disciplined exploration of panchanga, birth charts, and Vedic texts. By 1981, he had begun offering astrological guidance informally.
In 1985, he completed the Jyotish Mahapayodhyay programme at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU)—an advanced academic programme once considered equivalent to a doctorate in astrology. Though discontinued today, it was widely respected for its rigour and scriptural grounding.
In parallel with his astrology practice, Mr Pathak pursued a degree in Civil Engineering and joined the Jalgaon Zilla Parishad in 1982. Over a career spanning three decades, he rose to become Head of the Drawing and Design Department.
His engineering background provided the perfect foundation for Vastu consulting. Unlike superficial or one-size-fits-all approaches, Mr Pathak applies scripturally accurate Vastu principles to real-world architectural projects—balancing energy flow, directionality, and practicality.
